Terms And Conditions

1. Copyright violation- In any case that a copyright violation may occur if you are a member you will be immediatly banned. You may NOT copy any material unless submitted by you or by permission of members.The Administrator alone has the right to distribute copyrighted material. No moderator has the power to allow you to take copyrighted material of this website. If you are found with material CMCAC™ will close down the website you have posted it on or have your message deleted. All codes are intended for personal use only. Please do not disobey these rules.

2. Scamming - If you scam on this website you will be banned immidiatly and added to the scammers list. You will be notified to all Cokemusic related sites including coke music itself that you have scammed to insure you will not scam again. Anything relating to scamming will be deleted.

3. Improper use of codes - Codes such as the "easy deci", "change name", "cloning"and/or "flooding" cheat shall not be abused. If you are reported for abusing these cheats you will be banned from this website. Abusing cheats involve the following: Using easy decibels to flood other peoples room or do down voting using cloning as an example of "genos" using flooding to annoy other people, using change name to say rude comments of others. All of these will result in a warning then an immidiate ban.

4. Sexual or explicit material - If you post any sexual or explicit material on this website you will recieve a warning and if necessary be banned. DO NOT POST ANYTHING RELATING TO SEXUAL OR EXPLICIT MATERIAL.

5. Mistreatment of others - Unless theyre a scammer do not mistreat other people if any rude comments and/or gestures are made to another person (without it being a joke) you will recieve 2 warnings then temporary ban. Permanent ban may come if needed.

6. Spamming - In any case if you flood messages on this site you will be given a warning and your message will be deleted the 2nd time you are given a warning you will be temporarily banned. The 3rd time you will be permanently banned. You may only advertise in the advertising section of the forums.

7. Threats - In any case do you threaten to hack, kill, murder, etc. (Without it being a joke) You will be givin 2 warnings and then a ban further action may be taken.

8. Submitting pictures - All pictures must remain inside rule # 4. If they involve making fun of someone (besides a scammer) than you will be punished according to rule # 5. You may not overload the pictures by posting and re-posting if this occurs your pictures will be erased and you will be temporarily banned. If it happens once more after that you will face a permanent ban. Pictures may be from coke music or anything else we strongly suggest you do not post pictures with you in them ( real life you, not coke music you) Please contain your pictures in "User pictures area or if you wish make your own album but do this sparingly.

9. Asst. Managers - Asst managers have the power to do everything but ban the manager of the group. The following rules are for asst. managers to obey.

Do not edit information posted originally from this site (You may add your own)

Do not Cancel memberships of this site

Do not move pages

Do not edit CMCAC™ terms and conditions or link ratings

Do moderate forums for violaters of CMCAC™ terms and conditions

Do answer any questions members may ask

Do update the site freely

Do make other pages for the site (Make them useful)

Do obey CMCAC™ terms and conditions

If any rules between 1-5 are violated you will temporarily (24 hours) be turned back to a member and have member rules if you do it a second time you will be permanently turned into a member and if you try to sabotage or edit in ban manner you will be permanently banned.

10. Journalists - Journalists can edit the "news" section at will. They may also edit ratings on the links section. They can also moderate forums and answer question as anyone else can. Same restrictions apply for those who are journalists they may not disobey rules 1-5 under article 9.

11. Hacking - Due to the fact hacking may get this group banned there will be no discussion of hacking other computers or anything of or relating to hacking will be warned and deleted if it is not serious we will ignore it. Im giving a warning now hacking will get this group banned and it is NOT a good idea to discuss it. Please remember that this is MSN and you will be placed under arrest if you are caught. CMCAC™ will not in any way support hacking.

12. Forums - In forums you can talk about whatever you want unless it voilates any of the CMCCA™ terms and conditions. If you flood forums you will have all your messages deleted and be givin a 24 hour ban. If done again a permanent ban will be issued and possibly a Membership Cancellelation Anything of or relating to scams will be immidiatly banned. Forums are meant for public membership use only do not add multiple forums you may in fact add new topics though. All official topics (Made by managers or asst. Managers) cannot be deleted unless by manager. Any violation of this by a asst. manager or member will result in a immidiate ban. Anything violating CMCCA™ Terms and Conditions in the Forums will face consquences accordingly.

13. Downloading and uploading of files - All files uploaded onto this site should not violate in any way the CMCAC™ terms and conditions no sexual or explicit material may be uploaded any file found to have spyware/adware and/or viruses will be automatically deleted and the uploader banned immidiatly with his/her knowledge of it, unless proven innocent. Any uploading of illegal software such as hacking devices meant for hacking of other computers, IP scanners, Open port scanners, etc will automatically be deleted and the uploader immidiatly warned of his/her actions. 2 warning then a ban will consist of 24 hours if the uploader still does not co-operate he/she will recieve a immidiate ban. Any uploading of programs such as servers onto other computers the member will be immidiatly banned under a charge of hacking. I no case should a member upload servers. Members may upload links,picture, cheat programs, and any other files not relating to anything listed above.

14. CMCAC™ Rights - This group also is not a dictatorship you will have all rights formally stated in the U.S. constitution such as free speech or right to petition. All which will not be violated by CMCCA™ in any way. Do not take advantage of this rule their are limits just like there are amendments in the constitution forbidding certain things.

15. Playing Favorites - CMCAC™ Will NOT in anyway be biased towards any person or persons. All members will be equal on this site. The following is a promise to our members:

“We promise, from the bottom of our hearts, that we will not play favorites with the CMCAC™ members, nor will we do that with least favorites.”

If you find a member breaking this promise, please report it to the management of the group.
